LEAD Board of Directors

The Logan Economic Alliance for Development (LEAD) is governed by a board of 14 Directors. The Board of Directors reflects our Alliance between the public and private sectors of our community, empowered by real decision-making influence of local business and government leaders sitting together at one table. Seven of LEAD’s Directors are nominated and directly elected by qualified private sector investors in the organization, representing the business community. These are known as Private Directors and serve four-year terms. By virtue of their appointment, the seven Members of the Logan Industrial Development Authority (IDA) serve as the public sector half of LEAD’s Board of Directors. They are referred to as Public Directors.
